Tualatin Oregon Growth Network (TOGN) was founded in 2026 by Tualatin residents Brandon Philips and Nisha George. We envision a Tualatin that thrives and grows with a focus on strong fiscal responsibility, excellent design/engineering, sustainability, and preparedness for the future.

Brandon has experience in community organization and government reforms, including the Washington County Neighborhood Streets Program and advocacy around gas stations in the county.
Nisha is a member of the Clean Water Services Advisory Committee and the Tualatin Parks Advisory Committee. She previously worked for the Army Corps of Engineers on hydropower dams.
